We specialize in lifestyle management, disease risk reduction (heart disease, hypertension, etc.), weight loss, diabetes, sports nutrition, vegetarianism, pregnancy, and welcome children, seniors, and all ethnic backgrounds. We offer classes as well as one-on-one visits. We also teach healthy cooking techniques.
